NEW YEARS KICK START PROGRAM..NOW ENROLLING!

New-Years-Kickoff_v2My last Kick-Start was a raging success! I helped 12 completely fit and motivated people find their fitness and nutrition rhythm.  Each lost a handful of inches and pounds, although that was not the primary goal.  The whole purpose of my kick-start is to enable, encourage, educate, and motivate people to find their healthiest fitness and wellness balance. This is different for all. We all have different social lives, obligations, tastes, motivations, and personalities. My approach is not one-size-fits all. Although the kick-start works in a group format, I make sure to tailor the program to each of my clients needs. My workouts will work your total body in an athletic fashion. You will not find a workout out there that is more effective or life changing. Not only will you have my workouts, and nutritional coaching,  you will also be surrounded and motivated by a like-minded group of individuals.

Investing in this program, not only means that you will learn how to feel and look your best. It also means you will have peace of mind regarding food and fitness behaviors. A gift for life.

I can’t thank you enough. This definitely exceeded my expectations. I never thought I would be able to get so trimmed down  but once I started seeing results I was excited to see what changes each week would bring. I thought that once week 5 was over and I went on vacation,  i would give in to all of my normal vacation eating & drinking that I’m used to, but I didn’t. I was just so pumped to see how far I could get in the 6 weeks. Now that it’s over, I’m finally allowing myself some drinks and food that I now wouldn’t normally eat, but there’s no way in hell in going to blow all of my hard work. Definitely liked this whole 6 week program. I am truly glad I jumped on board. I would love to train with you in the future as I feel like your head space is in-line with mine. Well on this the last day of the cleanse I weighed in at the gym at 222 and that's 11 lbs lighter than April 1'st ! I know this wasn't the primary objective of the cleanse but I'm pleased just the same. This was all accomplished without ever feeling hungry! But the best of all is I learned how to shop , eat , and I now have the confidence and desire to continue this healthy lifestyle forever! Oh ya I plan to allow myself cheat days or cheat meals every so often . The accountability & team comradery of the group was big for me. I would recommend this to anyone looking to make the change to a healthier lifestyle. Thank you Jennifer Tedford Zuba and the entire Cleanse and Kickstart team!
