Adam’s Progress

Adam found his way to my total body functional training in the middle of December. He got hooked right away! Saying that he hasn’t felt so good or experienced such a workout since training for sports in high school. Adam then decided to commit to my four week nutritional kickstart. The powerful combination of total body functional athletic training and clean eating has done him so well! In just a few short months he’s gone from 265 to 250!! Amazing. No calorie counting no deprivation …whatsoever. Just eating for a clean and highly functioning body and for optimal health.
Anybody can make these changes. It just takes a few small tweaks in lifestyle. The kicker is you have to sustain it! There are no temporary fixes. There’s no magic pill. Adam now feels as good as he looks.
