This is how I move! This is one segment of my workout today. I am showing abbreviated sets, but I set my intervals to work for 40 seconds and rest or transition for 10 seconds. I have been in the game for twenty years and I have a performance and athletic background so my movements are very advanced. I train my clients to move the same way, only starting with the basics, and advancing their movements as they make progress. Implementing movements in all plains of motion, a push movement, a pull movement, a hip hinge, an agility movement, and core throughout. This is how you train to move like an athlete, and LOOK LIKE ONE TOO!
