My last Kick-Start was a raging success! I helped 12 completely fit and motivated people find their fitness and nutrition rhythm. Each lost a handful of inches and pounds, although that was not the primary goal. The whole purpose of my kick-start is to enable, encourage, educate, and motivate people to find their healthiest fitness and wellness balance. This is different for all. We all have different social lives, obligations, tastes, motivations, and personalities. My approach is not one-size-fits all. Although the kick-start works in a group format, I make sure to tailor the program to each of my clients needs. My workouts will work your total body in an athletic fashion. You will not find a workout out there that is more effective or life changing. Not only will you have my workouts, and nutritional coaching, you will also be surrounded and motivated by a like-minded group of individuals.

Definitely liked this whole 6 week program. I am truly glad I jumped on board. I would love to train with you in the future as I feel like your head space is in-line with mine.
