My favorite smoothie is my Cherry Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie. Perfect for post workout.
- ¾ cup frozen cherries
- ½ cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of dark chocolate silk almond milk and additional water as needed
- 4 T PB2 or 2 T of Teddy All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop of natural whey unflavored (I recommend NOW unflavored)
