Lynne participated in my six week nutrition and fitness kick start.  A program designed to kick start participants in THEIR healthiest lifestyle and fitness rhythm.  I make sure to address the emotional aspect of food and provide the coaching needed for my participants to establish new habits that they can LIVE and THRIVE with forever. These are the results after only 5 weeks. Lynne has always been supremely fit, but a few small tweaks of her nutrition and my fitness programming helped her drop many inches and 5 pounds in a small amount of time. Lynne looks amazing and beautiful! …but she always has.
